Samplers, Sampling & Sample Libraries • Is there a good sfx/soundscape library to use in animation/flim/etc?

I'm not looking for a specific sound at the moment. I'm just curious if there're good free(royalty-free) libraries I can download to use for typical scenes in animations and films.

Such as footsteps, ambient, rain&wind, underwater sound, animal sounds, etc.
