Effects • Random Filter VST

Hi,
I am looking for a VST effect plug-in that is similar to the “Random Filter” of the Zoom MS-70CDR. I have attached a small sound file that shows what I want to achieve.

Does anyone know a VST plug-in (preferably freeware) that can do this?
