Ample Sound • Papal says "The payment sent to 北京博声音元科技有限公司 is pending." Have not received Confirmation mail.

Hi. So I paid for AGSC, and 1 mail recieved from Papal. They said
"The payment sent to 北京博声音元科技有限公司 is pending."

And Also I Have not received any Confirmation mail. Ample and papal neither.

Please Help. My credit card is already Charged.
