I've seen people in the forums here suggesting that the developer is permanently unavailable and that the app is abandonware. Website (https://www.extranslator.com/) seems fully operational. I dl'd the demo, and it works great, with little noise bursts added as copy protection. I'm not getting any response to requests to purchase. (I want to convert a huge selection of sf2 to emulator x format, and so far i haven't found any good alternatives -- ChickenSys is $$ and gets bad reviews for emu translation, Awave doesn't seem to support emulator x conversion at all ...)
