DSP and Plugin Development • VST3 host. How to change program (preset) name on VST3 API level?

Hello there. How can i rename plugin prorgram name from host side? There is IUnitInfo :: getProgramName to get name by index. But no any sort of setProgramName. The goal is to change current program name from host program manager. In VST 2.4 it was very simple, but does it possible in VST3 ?
